EN50131-8 is the European standard for security fogging system. Bandit UK are delighted to announce that both the larger Fog Bandit 240DB range and smaller 320 ranges have updated EN50131-8 accreditation (240DB valid to 2025 and 320 until 2026) and have been fully certified by Applica in Norway, Certification Numbers – 30689-01-21-INT and 31009-01-22-INT. The certification includes reference to system 5 approval. System 5 means that there has been a full factory audit (FPC) which checks and controls that all units manufactured are produced in accordance to the European norm.
